One of the rulers of the Ming Dynasty was Zhu also called the hongwu emperor he was a ruthless emperor that reestablished Chinese tradition after the rule of the Mongols. Another emperor was the Yongle emperor and he improved and made a very strong navy ( lots of ships with trained captains and soldiers). After total control of the country was reestablished Arts and culture prospered( got better).But few advances in technology and science that means no IPhone. But literature and philosophy advanced.
